Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

i am excited that not only is the weather getting warmer to warrant a change in breakfast, but the fruits in season are a changing making it possible to enjoy one of my all time favorite breakfast.
fruit, yogurt, and granola!!


this morning, blueberries were in the mix.
que the star . . .
the basic base is greek yogurt, a 1/2 tsp of agave nectar, 1/4 cup of granola (today was bear naked fit vanilla almond crunch), and fruit of your choosing. my hands down favorite is a nice juicy peach in august. seriously, i eat this mix every morning when peaches are in season. i can't get enough of juicy, ripe peaches. i usually even leave out the granola with the peaches because i just want to taste the sweet goodness of the peach.

i am totally craving a peach right now, aren't you? i can almost taste it.
last night for dinner i made orange ginger beef stir fry again. so easy and very tasty. i threw edamame into the mix this time and we enjoyed it outside on a table in the yard. it was such a glorious evening!
