i have some fun new st. patrick's day recipe ideas in the works, but in the meantime, i wanted to give you some irish inspiration in case you are needing some.
what? of course i'm qualified . . . my husband is 1/4 irish (or so he says:)
these Irish Carbomb Cupcakes were a huge hit when i made them last year. they are seriously good.
Bangers and Mash are classic irish pub fare. i uped the flavor with wine a cheese sausage, tons of onions, and super creamy potatoes with dijon and creme fraiche.
if you have a mad chocolate addiction (as i do), you can still incorporate chocolate into your celebrations with my Chocolate Baileys Pie.
and finally, who needs someone named bailey when you can make your own Irish Cream. i made a batch at christmastime but it's worth the extra effort for st. patty's day too. plus, it will impress your friends.
