i finally broke down and bought a second kitchen aid stand mixer bowl (i could have used this around christmas time) and a beater blade. this mixer attachment is supposed to scrape down the bowl as it mixes. it's like a beater and a spatula in one!
i also happened to spot these at wegmans yesterday . . . i'm thinking they are going to find their way into a baked good this weekend.
