Mongolian Beef with Snow Peas

i love chinese food! when i found this quick and easy chinese cookbook i wasn't sure if it would be good but it's wonderful. i highly recommend it if you like chinese food. every recipe i have made so far has been amazing.

today, i made mongolian beef for a client and it was so good i had to make it for myself. the flavor of this dish was spot on and it tasted so good. i added snow peas to make it a one dish meal. the brown basmati rice was perfect for soaking up every drop of the delicious sauce.

if you are interested in the cookbook, check it out here on amazon. i also love quick and easy thai by the same author. i can't wait to get her quick and easy vietnamese. are you seeing the quick and easy trend?
